Ordering

How does it work?

To start purchasing, please fill out the buyer registration form. Once you've been accepted a sales representative will reach out to you to start the order process. If you have any general questions please fill out a contact form and a dedicated team member will reach out to you within 24 hours.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and the UK. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

After payment is processed, please allow up to 10 days for order fulfillment.

Returns and Refunds

Do you accept returns?

You must contact Customer Service and file a return claim with us before attempting to return ship your order. Customer Service will investigate your return claim before rendering a binding decision.

However, please note that any inventory sold “AS IS” can not be returned, refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.

What happens if I receive the wrong order?

Claims are processed in under 30 days.
